Privacy policy

Istiqamah collects student, parent, fee and staff information to manage registration, fees, academics and payroll.

• Data is stored on servers in Malaysia and backed up daily.
• Passwords are stored as hashes; sensitive details (IC numbers, bank accounts, payment keys) are encrypted.
• We do not sell or share data with third parties, except the payment processor (CHIP) in order to process payments.
• Parents can ask the school to correct or delete their child's data.
